The Abrams Research Center on Neurogenomics at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to conduct neurogenomics research in a highly collaborative environment. Led by David Gate, PhD, the center is focused on the intersection of the immune system and neurodegeneration, including Alzheimer’s, ALS and Parkinson’s diseases. The center utilizes sophisticated, state-of-the-art genomics approaches to interrogate the role of the immune system in these brain disorders. In this position, you will generate and analyze single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics datasets and leverage artificial intelligence in your analytics.
