Job Details

You will be engaged in the research and development of functional polymer materials, such as adhesive, self-healing, and recycling polymers. We welcome those who are interested in data-driven research and automated or autonomous experiments. Experience in polymer synthesis, polymer structure analysis, or physical property analysis is preferred.

Applicant should (or is expected to) have a Ph.D. degree in the field of chemistry.

Polymer (Organic) synthesis (essential); experience in synthesizing functional polymers preferred.

Adhesive, Self-healing, and circular polymer materials, semiconducting, coating, and sensors for healthcare applications are key areas of research.

Applicants should have sufficient communication skills in Japanese or English.
