Job Description

Design and produce recombinant nanopore and binder constructs for biosensor development. Conduct single-channel bilayer experiments and characterize sensor performance. Perform binding kinetics and biophysical characterization of protein-protein interactions. Analyze and interpret nanopore sensing data. Mentor junior lab members and contribute to manuscript and grant preparation.
